Oil Portrait from Photograph

Hi All,

I live in Lahore. I’m looking for a good painter to have a portrait of my father painted in oil, from his photographs. Can anyone suggest someone who would be interested in undertaking this? What kind of price-tag would I be looking at?

I know this one gentleman sits near Moon Market, Iqbal Town, he has his costumers sit in front of him while he draws the portrait in no time.

Ok thanks.. is he like a roadside artist or does he work in a studio?

Welcome! He is a road side artist but man is he good, sits near very famous Shammi Paan Shop. :D

Meet him, perhaps he has got some connections with better artists.
