Oil for Blood!

(YellowTimes.org) – Last week an unprecedented thing happened to our country. After two hundred and twenty-six years, our national policy was altered in a manner that should make every citizen of this country question their heart and determine exactly what they envision for their future.

This Administration has unveiled a doctrine of unbridled greed and lust for the death and destruction of other nations, void of conscience and compassion. The Bush Doctrine, if implemented, will take us from a country of justice and order and place the United States into the position of global despot.

He and his Administration have stonewalled and attempted to keep the facts of the occurrences of that crystal clear September morning hidden from view. He has called for a ‘limited’ investigation and now wants a ‘focused’ committee that doesn’t ask questions about what our security agencies or his Administration knew before September 11.

Condoleezza Rice lied when she said that there were no warnings about using airplanes as weapons against civilian populations. The FBI lied when it said that it had no warnings. The CIA lied when it said there were no signs.

They all lied to us then and they are lying to us now.

The reason that George W. Bush wants this war on Iraq is that this has been the plan for years. The oil companies that financed this Administration are becoming insistent that they obtain the oil reserves that lie beneath the land of Iraq.

Collateral damage is not measured in buildings. It is measured in the loss of civilian life. Can you live with yourselves and your consciences if you do not speak up and speak out against this defilement of our country and all that it has represented for the past two hundred and twenty-six years? How many barrels of oil are equal to even one human life? That’s not a trade that I am willing to make.

I think that depends upon whose life you are talking about. Some I would reckon could be measured in spoonfulls.

I understand exactly what you mean brother, muhammad(saw) said in one hadith one drop of muslim blood is worth more than the kaaba and all its surroundings.

Yet today rivers of muslim blood is flowing you can see just look on the news palestine, chechnya, afghanistan, somlia, nigeria, uzbekistan, kashmir and these so called rulers these despotic regimes the ones who have control over us don't give a damn.

Saif muslims have killed muslims as well. Iraq and Iran. Turks and Kurds, Iraq and Kuwait, Afghanistan etc. It is just not the christains and the western govt.

Plus this is nothing new. The US has always been after oil. They will do anything to have it and maintian their control. Why dont people just understand that?

Because it is human nature Rvikz. People like to support who they feel are similar to them. That is why the Neo-Nazi have active support from the KKK etc. The world is still of the mentality that it is us vs them. Thanks to Bush it has become an international policy that is acceptable to all now
