stereotypes that are BESTOWED upon us without a starting reference point:
- men should be HARDWORKING
- women should be GRACEFUL/respected.
(a hardworking MAN will always do the WORK).
(a graceful WOMAN will be silent in GRACE, be respected, so she doesn't have to do the SAME level of work men are needed/required/expected to do).
