Say to him/her that u only see him/her as a good friend nothing more.
But say that clearly to that person. And that you don't want to loose that
friendship becoz of this.

umm…if u consider this person a friend..then i think he/she would understand if you talked to them about it..and told them that u want to keep the relationship at the level its at..(without hurting their feelings of course) if its a true friend..then they will definately understand…

^^ Sounds good on paper, doesn't work that well in real life :)

Once 1 or both have gone to being "more than friends" - they can't return back to being "Just friends". They can deny for a while but eventually inevitable will happen :)
