Re: oh no…there’s a wedding coming up
I have never heard of fat loading, yes I’ve heard of carb loading in athletes but fat nope. 1lb fat = 3500 calories. As far as I know if someone is running a quick short distance as they do in Olympics they need carb loading because the higher the intensity of exercise the more carbs are burned.
No, it really isn’t as simple as ‘energy in’ and ‘energy out’. When ‘energy in’ goes down the body reacts by decreasing metabolic rate. This means now the body is using less energy to function on. The person may lose wt but once they start eating normally again they will gain all the wt back and more.
Where did you hear that? A person will die of loss of essential protein structures but not by using up all the fat stores. The body doesn’t just use up stored fat but also protein.
Hareem, eat a healthy diet with 3 proper meals and snacks in between. The healthier you eat the more you can eat because fruits/veggies are very energy dense but they are nutrient dense. If you don’t mind pming me your ht, wt, and age so I can determine what your caloric needs although seems like you have already done that. Best of Luck with your plan!
