I don’t remember saying any such thing anywhere. She can do whatever she likes. All I said was that the lower the caloric intake, the quicker the fat burns. Its a ridiculously simple concept!

yes it is quite simple and obvious but some of us cannot take that route, specially someone like me who’s been anorexic and bulimic in past.
