You basically want her to starve herself. Hareem is a wife and a mother of three who she teaches at home. She doesn’t need the headaches and lethargy associated with starving herself.

I don’t remember saying any such thing anywhere. She can do whatever she likes. All I said was that the lower the caloric intake, the quicker the fat burns. Its a ridiculously simple concept!
