i have joined this whole debacle called “rishta seeking thing”. an aunty is coming to do my medical check 2mrw to see if i’m perfect for her son.
the whole concept of havin a woman look up and down me is kind of odd but i guess it has to be done since i need to make my parents happy.

my mum has said “come in2 the room, say salaam, say one or two things and DISAPPEAR”. so am glad i dont av to the whole sharmilli girl making the chai and giving them nimco.

i’m gearing up for the harsh excuses, i.e. her arse was too big!!!

i dont know actually. i guess my mum thinks i aint ready 2 be interviewed, which i aint. if it progresses further i shall let her interview me like the aunties in pakistan do.

Wow that is just odd! Since I have never gone through this and inshALLAH never will, I don't understand why the girl and guy don't meet (with parents). And judge each other rather then their parents doing it.

*See if there is chemistry
*If there is even an attraction
*What type of personality

what usually happens is that the mum gives the girl a once over...is she likes what she sees, then the girl and boy get to meet.
