I hate these corporate companies. Dell, Apple, Canon. I HATE THEM. They purposely try to screw me over. They do it on purpose. It’s a form of entertainment for them. I know this. How? Let me explain…
Apple:
I bought a 2GB Ipod Nano about a year ago for $150. A few months later, Apple decides to come out with a new generation Ipod Nano that is 4GB AND has video, but for the SAME PRICE ($150).
Canon:
I bought my Canon Powershot G7 about a year ago after researching on digital cameras for months. The G7 had proven to be the best for me from what was currently in the market. So, I bought it for $550 (on sale - 30% off, mind you). Several months later, I find out that Canon has just released a new camera called the Canon Powershot G9 that has a larger LCD screen, more optical zoom, more MP, and RAW mode.. all for $500 ($50 LESS than what I bought my G7 for on SALE).
Dell:
I just recently bought a Dell XPS M1330. It’s a really nice computer and I got a good deal on it with great specs/warranty for a good price. And now (just within a matter of DAYS after purchasing my Dell XPS M1330), Dell released a new color in the same laptop model for the same price.. PINK!!!
If I had just waited a week longer before buying my laptop, I could have gotten the best of both worlds. A durable laptop with good specs AND it would have been PINK!!!
See???
---->
I love it. It’s like a pretty soft pink. I want it. =(
I am sooo upset. I hate these damn corporations and there cunning schemes. Saale chor.
Re: oh my FREAKING GOSH…
Yes Phatima, everyone is out there to get you
Re: oh my FREAKING GOSH...
Yea I know! :(
Re: oh my FREAKING GOSH...
You can write a nice letter to the head office and see what they say about replacing yours with a pink... ;)
Re: oh my FREAKING GOSH...
He will just laugh and then throw it into the pile of 1000 other letters he gets per year (aka the trash bin). :<
Oh and I called Dell Tech Support last night and told them about the keyboard. The guy told me to do some stuff on the computer to run some tests on it. And then he said it's something wrong with the spacebar itself. So he said he's sending me a new keyboard and it will be here by Friday or Monday. He said to call Dell when I get it and they will tell me how to replace the keyboard step-by-step. Apparently it's pretty easy. I just hope I don't break anything. =\
Re: oh my FREAKING GOSH...
If you're not comfortable with doing it yourself, tell them, and they will send a technician out to do it for you since you have the on-site warranty.

Are you really going to call them to "install" your keyboard?
Re: oh my FREAKING GOSH...
Yea I know! :(
This is called technology.welcome to 21 st century.
Re: oh my FREAKING GOSH...
Can't you exchange your laptop? It has not been that long.
Re: oh my FREAKING GOSH…
^ I’d rather just replace the keyboard because I JUST put all of the stuff from my old laptop onto this one and then I’ll have to do that all over again if I get a whole new laptop.
Asif - Yes! They said to call! It seems like it would be really hard but the guy said it was easy. =\ If I can’t do it myself then I’ll get my brother-in-law to do it. He’s one of those compu-nerds.
