if you “breaking his heart” is gunnah, then what is his stalking you? i’d say thats more gunnah because of the stress/tension he’s causing you than you “breaking his heart”…

stop picking up his calls period!.
Start ignoring him…sometimes if you give anyone a little space they think that u are into them…ignore him completely as if he is not there…look through him. I know it is flattering to know that someone likes you…
