Heading to Las Vegas for a work convention? Instead of renting that midsize car (we won’t name names), now you can show up Sons of Anarchy style on the back of a new Harley-Davidson. Enterprise Rent-A-Car has created a pilot program for motorcycle rentals starting with a single location in Vegas, but it could spread to other cities if the option to drop two wheels is well received.
Motorcycle rentals are nothing new, but Enterprise could be taking this niche market mainstream. According to the company, they’re the first major car rental company to offer motorcycles. All that’s required to rent a Harley is a valid motorcycle license and $161.07 per day - yes, a rental helmet is included in that price. Currently, there is a choice of five different Harleys to rent, but by the end of the year, the program will gain two extra models including the Heritage Softail Classic (shown above).Continue reading Enterprise to begin renting Harley-Davidson motorcycles
