The big problem with them is that if there is a nasty breakup then one still has to see that ugly face which they detest the most, day after day, till one finds another job or gets fired due to lack of interest in the job.

Personally, Ive always been against office romances. If things dont work out, how awkward is it? :frowning:

Its better to keep the office environment as platonic as possible. Also, for anyone in management dating an employee, it could also be viewed as harassment if one party gets PO’d. Its too much of a risk.
