i know a certain amount of professionalism has to be maintained but if there was a handsome coworker or female coworker that's drop dead gorgeous how do you not totally get distracted or fall a bit for the person?

I am very busy to the point where sometimes i don't get time for own self. However, i do see some hot nurses or my very good friend and we are very frank with each other...anyway she is a doctor and colleague as well. She is very pretty and even told her about it.
