It’s hard to have crush on females in offices in Pakistan. The reason is, women need to be so hard hitting and straight forward to keep unwanted attention away, that they lose all their sweet charm.
But I agree as Spcok and Naaman have said, sometimes they are a distraction for male colleagues if they are very pretty and junior and inexperienced girls are an easy prey for senior executives.
i bet it’s much easier for a guy to focus though, since i’ve noticed men have this way of separating emotional issues/pain from work, well most men i’ve seen can do that
