I have been creating websites as a part time hobby and I have created a few websites for small business owners. I can also optimize websites for search engines for a nominal fee so you get potential customers for free.
My price for a simple but attractive website is 8,000 rupees ($100 approx.) which comes with 5 pages, 1 contact form, facebook fan box etc.
I have kept my prices low because this is my part time work.
