i just read - of mice and men for mi english class. im recommending it to any1 whos not offended by some language. i have to say…the book is pretty twisted and its got a nice story. have u guys read it…what do ya think?
yup..read it freshman year of hs..it was good....it was like 90 pages! we even did a skit on it..i think i was lenny..lol..

i thought it was a beautiful novel focusing on the friendship between george and lenny! the end was heartbreaking though, poor lenny.
i read it about 2 years ago for my english class. ut when you read a book in class the teacher kinda makes it last a whole year by reading the same page over and over again. So i hated that, and by the end of the years couldn't Of Mice And Men. Plus the fact that not only did we need to read oit in class we needed to revise for an exam which really took the micky.
Read it in 7th grade. Not bad but not too gripping either. You need to be familiar with the pathos of US in that period inorder to get some insight into it.
Read it. It's an awesome novel and the movie is pretty good too. You're in grade 10?
