A smarter option would be reaching out to family/people you know in Pakistan (even while you're not there yourself).
If you don't have a girl on mind, you have to sort of network your way through. Find a rishta aunty/uncle that will filter out prospective families that are too concerned with your parent's lack of intervention. They'll discuss your situation beforehand so that when someone clicks, you could go see for yourself.
If you do have a girl in mind, the intermediator is still helpful because they could vouch for you and improve your chances.
Easy to say, I know. But without family it gets very complicated.
