This outfit was shown at the ensemble show earlier in the year.
I asked shernaz hussain how much it was, she said 28,000. even tho i thought it was overpriced i still decided to get it, so i let shernaz know and she never replied (great customer service!)
So i asked the guys at Meera’s directly. After waiting for a while they said it was 48,000. I emailed back and I said did u accidentally mistype the price (if anything it should be cheaper as i am buying from them directly not through ensemble). They manager said she could do it for 34,000 and that 28,000 was an ‘introductory price’ (the outfit is pret not even couture).
I just find this pricing really odd. And they knew which outfit i was talking about so there was no confusion there. How can they even think it was worth 48,000! and why the price discrepencies?!!

Sorry but there's nothing about that outfit which makes it worth 28000, forget 48k. All it has is some embroidery on the side and you can easily get something similar made to this in a much much less price range.

Yes there isnt alot of work on the dress but than its nt only abt having 2 much on dress that makes it worth more....i think 28,000 is fine cuz its a nice style, different n has nice cuts. But more than 28,000 would be high but if you think it like this way that all these big desigers in west earn thousands of dollars for very plain dresses but cuz they have a name, repute and the cuts r well done that makes it all worth the money. Same way nilofer shahid is a well known name and is very good with her work.
jubjub i cant believe u were going to pay 28,000 for this..you can tell your relatives in pakistan to buy black fabric for you and get white embroidery on the border (send them this pic)..you can get this made for like 1,000 RS MAX!
the dress may be prepared of 1500 Rs n 500 is my comission:).....so hardly it cost 2000Rs in dollars it is 25$......I am in lahore pakistan so just add postal charges in the whole cost......
