Whats so odd when a 20 years old falls in love with a 48 years old guy?

The argument that has been forward is that they wont live all there life together. They suppose guy is gonna pass away before the girl:hmmm:

Now we are the people who believe death can have us any moment.

What else?

Compatibility is all that difficult?

That kind of age difference is just disturbing, like a girl being with a man old enough to be her father. Crazy chit.

I think main argument should be the way both think , and priorities in life . But again people in Pakistan do get married with this age difference and still somehow it works out . As long as both are physically able to reproduce its all cool .

I'd marry Cap't Jack Sparrow if we were to fall in love today. I'm in my 20s...he's in his 40s... its OK...on the ocean...no one really cares. As long as the boat keeps rocking. ;)

No i am 20. I thought people might believe i have fallen for a 48 years old.

The difference in age or may not be apparent.

In ‘A thousand Splendid Suns’ a man in his 40s(?) marries a girl who isnt 14. Now that IS disturbing. But a 20 years old can make a logical decision for herself. It is not disturbing.
