I m thinking to go for apple green or olive green on mehndi with contrast of orange purple and a bit of yellow maybe, I am not sure.
And I've seen greys and purples are quite inn for walima.
hay faryal how are you?? my first day dress is a designer copied(asifa n nabeel maxi)..but i made sharara with it..my dress color is maroon n rust with bottle green patches. for mehndi i m gona wear orange with shocking pink. for my valima i have chossen (pea cock shades) bcoz my MIL dnt want me to wear light shade..
n yes plum/purple is really inn..i wore it on my engagmnt ..

Same is the case here. MIL thinks that a bride doesn't look bride wearing dull colors :)
Haven't decided yet abt walima but for barat I'd be going for a red long flared shirt with a flared lehnga.
Preparations are going well Alhamdulilah. Finalized the venues and I'm gonna book mariam khawaja as my MUA and I am just inquiring about IRFAN AHSON and I am gonna book him soon IA.
Good thing is layers give the long look at the back which will make the hair look long, mine are layered and feathered although they are not that long the v cut kind of gives them the long look ;)

Hay everyone any idea about zara shahjahan's bridal wear? any idea any comments needed
She's a great designer but quite expensive. My neighbour got her walima dress made by zara shahjahan and she took 3.5 lac for tht and it wasn't even lehnga it was chooridaar :S but the dress was beautiful.
