We have been refering up til now about weapons of war and chemical precursors that could be used for Chemical Weapons, as were used on the Kurds and Iranians. Biological Weapons were of course never used on the Kurds. But if you wish to investigate further, the vast majority of these biological samples were distributed to the Iraqi Ministry of Education. If you investigate you will find that virtually every large teaching University in the world has research grade samples of these same samples. (Of course we cannot trust Muslim students with anything more dangerous than Basil and a little bit of Oregano). Fairly lethal anthrax can be collected by swabbing sheep crap in any farm, and culturing it to a reasonable purity. Weaponizing it is another matter altogether. A completely pure starter sample is really essentially only for pure scientific experiments, and that is what the US provided.
If you want to condemn the US for providing these samples, then go ahead. But frankly these samples were common place in any advanced University level microbiology program. Not much sinister here if you really understand anything about science. More Muslim mythology.
