Both sides hate each other, and believe that they are right. i think we should try to understand the other side, (whichever side you’re on).
The idea of a peaceful World, where all religions can live and practice freely and everyone has civil liberties.
The year 2007 doesn’t look good for the world including Muslims. we are heading toward conflict where only the poor and the children are going to die. the rich and the strong will either leave the area or will be able to survive.
so lets stop the hate, and lets be friends. start small it’ll grow. try to understand someone you dont like or agree with.

The only thing I Don't get is, why do they only look at contemporary times? What about the history of where this problem has been coming from.
WHy not make documentaries about colonialism, and how it divided brothers and sisters, and families by putting up lines here and there.
Why not make documentaries about illegal invasions, and the abuse of human rights.
The point is, there is a root cause for all this...Islamic 'radicalism'..which in fact is a great movement to retaliate...when a boy in afghanistan sees his family bombed by heatseekers, and he has rage inside him to kill the people who killed his family? Why is he called a radical?
There is a reason why islam has 'radicals'. It starts with the exploitation of their land, and basic rights.
Some things are clear, as for the Western foreign policy...it is so clear, that we don't even need to analyze it.
Total world domination? Who does this ideology really belong to...and under which banner is it being spread today?
Instead of focusing on how things are now...we should really go back in history and see why we are at a point in time where peace is so hard to find...
Crescent, I really think thats a bad idea. Every time peace is offered here, there are hardliners who go back to every instance in the history of man that can even remotely justify their hatred and actions. I think its time to let the past be past, lets all learn about each other, accept differences and take it from there.
^ Islam teaches one that...but you can't help it when others tend to not forget History. It defines the foundations of their civilization, foundation of their values and beliefs. Its not easy for them to give that up.
And as long as they dont give it up, the world will be in turmoil.
Also, peace can be achieved individually, on a global scale, it can be hard. Its a never ending war that has been there before time, and will continue till the end of times.
What you can do individually for peace, will make a difference.
But for some people, who have experienced the past, its hard for them to let go...we dont know what half the world has gone through...they have experiences and a past that has shaped them...
We can easily say let bygones be bygones....but for those who have livd through history, its their life, their values...they can never forget.
That’s not the master plan for us, just imagine if the creator wanted us to be fair, just, and love each other he wouldn’t give us four different books to follow, nor would he tell us to be weary of people who follow a different message/book to what we follow.

danial....only one side has shown their hatred. That side showed their hatred the day they decided to occupy Palestine. THEY TOOK EVERYTHING from them....EVERYTHING!! They bulldozed their homes.....killed their people....they have huge cranes and machines, and weapons moving about in their towns......the Palestinians have nothing...NOTHING! except rocks that they throw from time to time! Can you honestly tell me that the Palestinian people have done the same to them? can u sit there and tell me that this is fair?
Just so u know....Occupation 101 is not just about the suffering of Muslims...it's about the suffering of the Palestinian people....non-muslims included. Christian Palestinians and Muslim Palestinians are in it together...and together they stand!!
