“Nothing of the sort would have happened” Are you kidding me!!?? Muslims have killed more Muslims then the US ever has. How many hundreds of thousands of Iraqis did Saddam kill during his reign? How many died in the Taliban (& Pakistan ) vs. Northern Alliance? All denial.
I have no desire to see innocent Muslims killed whatsoever and am not justifying Bush’s invasion of Iraq but fact remains that even today in Iraq Muslims are killing each other at a faster pace than Americans are. And when it is all said and done, Sunnis will not be oppressing the majority in Iraq and ther will be a representative government (unless Muslims keep killing Muslims)

Semi, lets not get into political stuff. We all know how Saddam was killing those kurds and minority shias...after US left them high and dry in 91. So lets keep the discussion focused on Allah's wrath on non-muslims and muslims alike. Shall we?

as i have said it before, no one knows what Allah's will is except Allah. you can guesstimate, estimate, hallucinate, fabricate, theorize, postulate, dream up, whatever floats your boat, but no one knows why things happen..anyone who claims to the contrary is either Allah or wrong. I dont think the almighty posts on this board.

If anyone tells me that non-Muslims are fated to go to hell unless they convert to Islam, it is blackmail and coercion. I find it hard to believe that this could be the word of God.

That is as obtuse as it gets. You read a book and find it incredible, fine. You then close the book considering it a waste of your time, still fine. But if you specifically go and tell the believers of the book that it is full of lies then you are guilty of thickheadedness. If I find some religious scripture to be extreme or unreal I hold no right to then go and offend the followers of that book. If I do indeed take it upon myself to do that then I should take the kicks with good grace. After all I come to your house swear at your parents how will you take it?
