Ravage, how about you do me a favor and don't be so selective in your indignation when someone posts something you don't agree with so it's deem from a "fringe site". Obviously those who follow the principles of 3 prayers per day is a fringe element within Islam.
I had that info from a long time ago when talking with a friend who follows the Quran only. I can dig up a reference.
In the meantime, how about someone enlighten me where there are 5 required prayers in the Quran so I stop spreading ignorance?
