A strong message to Iran to not try anything stupid.

But Isreal already has conveyed to the arab world that any nuclear attack on it (either by a country or a terrorist group) will lead to nuclear attacks on Every arab/iran cities.
Isreal also has mutually assured destruction policies meaning that it is capable of launching 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th waves of nuclear strikes from secret hidden nuclear silos and submarines.
