you asked for the exact link in UN and you got it. Now you’re just trying to wriggle out of it with vagueness.

It says ‘tribesmen **and **nationals’ - so please, don’t try to hide part of the truth.

Any normal reasonable and objective reader will read the UN resolution an understand what it means. You don’t want to because such acceptance of truth will negate the rationale for Pakistan’s decades of attacks into Kashmir.

In a civilized world any dispute that cannot be resolved bilaterally a 3rd party gets involved and that is exactly what UN is saying (Go read again) Before you jump to withdraw paki trbes national yada yada yada. Forget 3rd party India even refused observers due to its terror, rape, turture of Kashmiri civilians (Please read HRW reports)
