You Indians must undertsand that two can play the game, but lets play just for fun… First I challenge you to provide exact text where UN STATES that Pakistan must vacate FIRST…

Now lets say there is one just to make you guys happy, there is something that UN states before it proceeds and gets to the point of Pak TRIBESMEN withdrawal.

1. UN Resolution asks for 3rd party mediation - India refuses and states its bilateral
2. Restoration of Peace - We all know how peace full India is from NE all the way to NW

And fianlly its talking about Tribesmen..LOL…

you asked for the exact link in UN and you got it. Now you’re just trying to wriggle out of it with vagueness.

It says ‘tribesmen **and **nationals’ - so please, don’t try to hide part of the truth.

Any normal reasonable and objective reader will read the UN resolution an understand what it means. You don’t want to because such acceptance of truth will negate the rationale for Pakistan’s decades of attacks into Kashmir.
