Govt of NWFP (ANP) govt decided the name of NWFP Pakhtun khawa which unacceptable by the 4 districts of NWFP. Haripur,Abbottabad,Mansehra,Batagram .. it is suggested to discuss on this matter with people of this region. if govt not accepted then we want new Provice

curruntly i m studing in amc abotabad nd have observed that people of these regions r close to kashmir or potohar region of punjab. so these punjabi-pathan areas shud b merged wid punjab like attock. but hazarawals hav to give pashto speaking regions like batagram, bisham,ogi nd srikot to NWFP.
kohistan is distinct frm hazara withs its people bilingual in kohistani or pashto. they r close to swat or chitral not hazara.
so the three hinko speaking dists of hazara shud join to hav satisfaction.
punjab shud retain attock which is same as hazara being inhabated by punjabi-pathans.
jats of d.i.khan hav no objection in being part of pashunkhwa. while niazis of mianwali want to merge wid NWFP.

1 - You are all Muslim
2 - You are all Pakistani
The first is probably the most important, coupled with second should create stronger bonds.. yet you people are wasting your lives away on petty (in comparison with other non-issues Pakistan faces) non-issues..
To get to Kohistan you have to pass through Besham Swat. Kohistan however has always beenlinked with hazara and they speak Hindko much better than pashtun.
Attock is not inhabited by Punjabi Pathans. Attock is a district whose largest tribe is Awan. There are 2 pashtun populations in Attock and they are a minority. If you include the other punjabi/ptohari tribes then the number of pathans/pashtuns shrins further.
There is ahuge misconception that niazis of mianwali want to merge with NWFP. For most part they speak Seraiki. There has always been more Punjabis/Seraikis in Mianwali than Pathans/pashtuns. Thats why in Mianwali the pashtuns adopted seraiki.
The Jatts of DI Khan along with Seraikis object to being a part of Pakhunkhwa as there is a slow rise in the Seraiki movement. Seraikis claim D I Khan city is theirs. Its fair really.
The only districts which could form a pakhtun province are Swat, Marda, peshawar, sawabi, buner, dir, kohat, karak, bannu, naushera, lakki marwat added by zhob, ziarat, pishin, killa saifullah, the northern portion of quetta. these are the pashtu speaking districts.

attock is an extension of hazara and has large population (though not magority) of pathans similar to hazara.
case of mianwali is different frm attock. people of pashtun origin r forming 70-80% of total population in district. although most of niazis speak seraikis, they affiliate themselves wid pashtuns and every niazi tht i hav met want to join wid sarhad despite being in advantage in punjab.
also there is large population of paXtuns in DGkhan

the pashto speaking regions in NWFP r upper and lower dir, swat, shangla, batagram, buner, ogi tehsil (manshera),swabi,mardan, charsada, nowshera, peshawar, kohat, hangu, karak, lakki marwat, bannu, tank, westren DIkhan and FR DIkhan.
in abbotabad and manshera non-pashto speaking pathans r in magority.
population wise pashtuns r more than balochs(excluding bruhis). following districts of balochistan hav paxtun magority.
1-zhoab
2-musakhel
3-pishin
4-ziarat
5-chaman
6-qila abdullah
7-qila saifullah
8-barkhan
9-harnai
10-quetta
11-loralai
12-sibi
last 3 districts hav large minorites of balochs. pannis of harnai r sindhi speaking paxtuns while kehtranis of barkhan speak mixture of paxto nd balochi but r pashtuns actually.

marwati can you pease give some evidence to what you say. khetrani is a dialect of seraiki and has nothign to do with pashtu. khetranis consider themselves as a baloch tribe and not pashtun.
in abottabad the non-pathans out number both hindko and pashtu speaking pathans, same will probably apply to mansera....thats why you have increasing number of pashtu speakers adopting hindko there...had pashtuns ever been a majority then hindko would have lost ground...
im not sure if musakhel is predominantly pashtun as there are lots of seraiki speakers there too...sibi? i thought sibi was mostly baloch?

khetran is actully a pashtun tribe of miana section (for confirmation see the pathans by sir olif craoe). they r heavily mixed wid balochs and look like balochs and thats why they may hav start to consider themselves balochs. those in barkhan speak khetrani while of DGKhan speak seraiki.
dunno abt seraikiwans in mosakhel but sibi is pashtun magority district, 60% of total inhabited by panni and tareen tribes.
rest are marri balochs.
