Re: NWFP lawyers slam APDM for delaying dissolution advice
The opposition has just formally tabled a no confidence resolution in the NWFP government, and the earliest that can be voted on the afternoon of 6th October. If the MMA govt wins that it can then move to request for dissolution, which will only take effect on 8th October. So NWFP assembly will be very much in place on the day of the Presidential Election on the 6th, and no resignations from anyone. Maulana Diesel has pulled another fast one on his opposition colleagues.
