anyone with even basic common sense knowledge of development aid knows you need locals involved..and since schools, hospitals and basic sanitation are provincial government responsibility ..the provincial government rightfully has a claim on development works done in the area.

anti I will leave the NFC out of this..and use some simple logic..you and others who agree with you.. don’t want the feds to give a rightful share to the provincial goverment because you don’t like who rules the province..that is the definition of discrimination. and at a time of a human tragedy to play politics with aid is quite unfortunate.

Who know what Musharraf and the boys will do with the aid, the best bet we have that it will reach the people is by wirking with provincial authorities.
