thanks, I know what they both are…and yes the gond is tragacanth gum…and yes, they are both primary ingredients in panjiri or halwa made for post-partum consumption.

what I want to understand is what part of the body does the gond and the makhanay benefit? does it help the muslces? does it help the joints? does it clean blood?
what does it do?
