Can someone please give details on what these things are good for?

Someone told me its great for ladies after giving birth or after a miscarriage because in both cases - your body becomes weak.

They put a lot of nuts in it, and the gond is some kind of sap from a tree. Probably the same stuff as panjiri, different name maybe?

thanks, I know what they both are....and yes the gond is tragacanth gum....and yes, they are both primary ingredients in panjiri or halwa made for post-partum consumption.

what I want to understand is what part of the body does the gond and the makhanay benefit? does it help the muslces? does it help the joints? does it clean blood?
what does it do?
