nurSery rhyMez

Did u ever have a favorite nursery rhyme when u were just a child…if u did…can u sing..or rather type a few verses for us???

mine was: 3 blind mice and pat a cake pat a cake

Three blind mice,
See how they run!
They all ran after a farmer’s wife,
Who cut off their tails with a carving knife.
Did you ever see such a sight in your life,
As three blind mice?

Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker’s man,
Bake me a cake as fast as you can.
Roll it, and prick it, and mark it with a “B”
And put it in the oven for Baby and me!

“…beauty is life when life unveils her holy face, But you are life and you are the veil. Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in the mirror, But you are eternity and you are the mirror.”

Mine was , and still is....

Rain .. Rain go away..
Rain .. Rain go away..
Little Johnny wants to play..
Rain .. Rain go to Spain

Rain go go away...
Never show your face again...

I have two favorites
Humpty dumpty sat on a wall
Humpty dumpty had a great fall
All the kings'horses and
All the kings'men
Could not put humpty back again

And
Hot cross bun
one a penny , two a penny
Hot cross bun
If you have no daughters
Give them to your sons

I hope I remember 'em right.
Anyway I feel nostalgic right now 'cos those were good old days & worry free too!

purple..i know what u mean....itz like..when we were younger..not a worry in the world...and now..itz like the world's problems are on our shoulderz

Hickory Dickory dock
The mouse ran up the clock
The clock stuck at ONE
and the mouse ran down.

:)i lubbbed that when i was lil.

Hey diddle-didle
The cat and the Fiddle
The cow jumped over the moon
and the dish ran away with the spoon
The old dog laughed with such sport…

and during my old age - that’s all i am able to report.
