since past 1 week I have been observing a pattern that my right hand’s thumb and two fingers goes numb in morning. it’s not completely numb but yes somewhat numb. it’s irritating.

my left hand's middle finger , ring finger and pointing finger are the same
it only just started for me too.. doc asked my routine and says it could be the fact that im holding the baby for too long tryin to put it to sleep... it makes sense. mashallah he is growing and getting heavier..
could it be from holding the bottle? or ure nipple whilst breastfeeding?
i remember when i had just had the baby my fingers would hurt.. even my wrist.. certain fingers.. and the nurse said its cuz of repetetitve ususage of certain limbs when taking care of a child.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? Read about it.
Mostly it is because of a nerve of hand (median nerve) being compressed.
Check thyroid function, sugar level and take vitamin B complex also.

Thanks ! I searched for it and details of it made alot of sense to me .
got my sugar tested last week it's fine infact it was on lower side.
thyroid function was tested when I was expecting , it was fine alhamdolillah !
Vitamin B - yes I should take it.
I have added egg and a glass of milk in my daily diet. It has helped me a bit.
try moving a bit.. dont want you getting rigor mortis
