Nude Lips ..Chapped Much?

Okay Guppies, so I’ve been having this issue for quite a while. I love love love the way nude lips look esp with smoky eyes but every time I try it my lips look crazy chapped in a matter of minutes. The lipstick gets into the cracks of my lips or something and it just looks soo baaad! I’ve tried vaseline and lip balms .. moisturizing my lips like crazy.. but it never works out :bummer: .. oh and yesterday I bought DuWop’s prime venom to try to prime my lips .. DIDNT WORK but i did waste 22$.. The nude lipstick I have is Revlon’s Nude Attitude .. I’ve also tried concealer etc.. How do I make them NOT looks chapped and how do I make it last?

Do you exfoliate your lips to get rid of the dry chapped bits? That'll help.

Honey and lemon works well and so does applying ghee to ur belly button :)

Also try not priming your lips .. that can dry , already dry lips ... just doesnt suit some skin types ... finally try changing the lipstick to more moisturizing and softer lipstick brand ...

I had similar issues last year .. at that time I was using Revlon as well but the lipstick didnt suit me at all and even though i used to wear it on top of a layer of vaseline still i would get chapped lips ... so then i moved to Number 7's lipstick and dropped the primer as well ... and things are fine now , I dont even have to use vaseline like crazy any more ....

I got told to apply mustard oil to my belly button. Does this really work cos it seems very strange!

apply castor oil mix with lemon juice before sleeping and in the morning ull see flakes ....just remove them with soft toothbrush or rub gently with towel and apply vaseline.......do it as u want ....no side eefects and i am doing this fo past one year ....this remedy is for the lines on lips.....and given to me by my aunty...........

Thanks guys but the issue isn't my lips being chapped its something in nude coloured lipsticks that makes them looked chapped.. every other colour looks fine.. LOL and how does putting oil on ur belly button make u stop having chapped lips. Maybe I should rephrase my question.. How do you achieve the nude lip look.. what products do you use
