The number of nukes it would take to wipe out the U.S. is something only Russia has and even that is impossible to do without receiving a massive retaliation response as the U.S. would have early detection of such an attack hence the success of M.A.D.
You see this is where aQ messed up, Embassies bombings, the Cole Bombing, basically smaller scale attacks would have been more acceptable and likely would have not caused the U.S. to launch a world wide and intense campaign against them. But since aQ did use a massive attack even small attacks now will be met with large scale responses as 9/11 can be pointed to.
So ak back to the drawing board, those who support the dropping on the A-bomb believe that it resulted in fewer casualties than had it not been used.

Lets see the US nukes 2 cities. Kills 150,000 people in a matter of seconds. Anybody know how many hundreds of thousands died after those 10 seconds? Any figures on birth deformaties caused by the americans? Mental illnesses? Btw how many survived that nuclear holocaust? Any figures on those?
At the end fo the day the US killed more t han 150,000 people and hey that got a man to be President.

I see many here choose to ignore what the Japanese were doing during WWII, the killing of their own children and what not, or am I wrong? 10 to 1 odds the usual suspects can't tell me what I'm talking about.

As for nuclear bombs they are being developed all the time and being improved no doubt about that, for sure the US is probably the most advanced at having uptodate nuclear technology but how many nuclear bombs do you need to destory a state we will find out one day.
And the US is target no1 by a whole load of people with a grudge you sow what you reap!

UTD: You cannot kill 150,000 people (more than half of them children, women and old people) based on the presumption that the war is going to kill more than that. What ever you hear, it cannot be justified.
