As an American living in a country that has nuclear weapons on the ready…
I often hollar this…
What gives us the right to dictate who can have them and who cannot? What morality is there in going to war to prevent others from obtaining that which we allready have?
Isn’t there allready enough weapons grade nuclear material to end life on earth?
It rather makes me sick.
Lately I’ve been of the feeling…so someone wants to buy such an ugly thing? Let em have it. There is allready enough stockpiled to put and end to this planet.
End everything. Tic Tac Toe. Nobody wins. Everybody loses.
And reminds me how ugly we are that we would hurt rather than help each other.
I think US should bomb the snot out of the world and start from scratch implement our ideas and our brand of democracy, world will be a safer and better place.
verizon, your posts are funny in the sense that, compared to a couple a months ago youve done a complete U-turn on US foreign policy. either your stirring or youve been won over (as if). I’m tempted to post your earlier posts just for the fun of it.
Kaleem yaar…all i hear is “red fish blue fish..deebadabba dooba doo..hickory dickory dock..2000 zero zero..party over..” I am thinking definitely some herb..
It's a machiavellian world - every country is out there solely for its own self interest, and no country ever acts on the basis of morality.
The USA is attempting to prevent other countries from getting nuclear arms because that directly limits other countries;capability to resist the threat of US military power.
I find it amusing when anyone ever thinks that any country in the world (be it the USA or Pakistan or Russia or Malaysia or Japan) acts in a moral manner. No country has morality as its goal. Securing and further developing its own political and economic power is the basis for all the actions of every nation.
