After MQM, its clear that all parties who didnt consolidate their party structure are being haunted.

One thing I dont understand is that why a court has to order who should be the person to run the party. Unless someone within the party gives the petition.

For example, I dont think in US a court can tell democratic party that Hillary cannot be their president or the republican party that Trump cannot be theirs. Its supposed to be the party decision not court.

Perhaps because in US the political parties do a self-audit and hold their party members accountable (at least in theory), unlike in Pakistan.
