Most of the ethnicities go overseas and bring back money, and new ideas. What I see on this board is that NRPs and NRPPs are bringing home terror, and anarchy.
This is utterly sad that people live in EU and US for years and then come home to become the supporter of virluent anarchist movements.
Chaman is the garden of Balochistan and even Pakistan. What do we do with the top notch verities of grapes there? Nothing much!
Chaman could have been the Bordeaux, Burgundy, or Provence if NRPPs would have helped bring home the techniques to plant better grapes and develop new drinks.
New cheeses, drinks, and tourist environment would have turned Balochistan to be the ultimate tourist destination.
Unfortunately what we have in our hands is a bunch of misfits from US and EU, following their Leftie commie anarchists hell bent on destroying their own home and in the process even damaging Pakistan.
Re: NRPP (Non-Resident Pakistani Pushtoons) and their role in Pakistani trends
Most NRPs are as hard working as any other Nonresident population.
Never met a Pathan that was anything but hardworking.
Those making trouble are only a disgruntled few.
Re: NRPP (Non-Resident Pakistani Pushtoons) and their role in Pakistani trends
They may be working hard in their aloo stores, but their leftie commie Mullahtic statements are destroying the new generation in Pakistan as well as overseas.
Look at the London bombers, and the other 15 lunatics who are being tried for terrorism in UK. They had nothing to do with Palistinians or Arabs, and had everything to do with Pakistan's development.
Instead what we have on our hands are bunch of anarachists supporting either materially or through media all those terrorists hell bent on destroying every chance of development in Balochistan and FATA.
If we let them go for it, the whole Pakistan will become FATA HUA FATA FATA LAFAFAH.
Re: NRPP (Non-Resident Pakistani Pushtoons) and their role in Pakistani trends
Had they been kashmiris, you would have ranted about how great they were fighting indian opression. Second of all, kabuli commie, whatswrong with being a commie, or a kabuli? We like to see pashtuns reunited whats wrong with that? Yeh none of those terrorist were pashtun, so what this have to do with pashtuns? Lefty mullatic commie, a contradiction don't you think?
Re: NRPP (Non-Resident Pakistani Pushtoons) and their role in Pakistani trends
Da Man, what's right about Kabuli Kommies. These are like locusts who have destroyed what little Afghanistan ever had. These eternal slaves of Ruskies and Bharatis have brought nothing but misery to the region in general and Ahhgahnistan in particular.
Another issue with Kabuli Kommies obviously! Anything against Bharat creates pain in the rear of Kabuli Kommies.
Bharatis have done real wrong in Kashmir since 1947. I'll let Bharatis work out with their problem that has greatly hindered progress in their country.
For Pakistan, we should not support Mullahtic insrugency in Kashmir as it does not benefit us in the long run (pragmatic approach).
Re: NRPP (Non-Resident Pakistani Pushtoons) and their role in Pakistani trends
This has to be a thread from a completely fascist mind. this antiobl character seems ot have no clue what he is talking about. I bet he has not even been to pakistan for 20 years.
Why dont you change the thread to what non-resident Punjabies contribute to Pakistan? most of these Pakistani origin Punjabis dont even consider themselves Pakistani anymore. Its either British or British Muslim.

well these people get an education overseas and get to see Pakistan for what it really is. North of mulltan, east of the indus, west of wagah and south of the margalla hills.
these people do not support anarchic movements but movements which offer them some dignity and respect and equality, 3 key issues which have been deprived of them not because of Pakistan itself but because Punjab dominates Pakistan.
Why is it that a Pushtun, Balochi, Gilgiti, Sindhi and Urdu speakers can all agree on one thing - that the Punjab domination of Pakistan is dangerous and is going to split the country.
If you ever travel outside of the areas I have mentionned you will see Pakistan for what it really is, a poor destitute country.
There is no problem with Pakistan. its a perfect country but there is a HUGE problem with Punjabi domination of the country and that is what has reduced it to its current beggar state which cannot even control its own foreign policy.

Sad utterly sad.
Hopefully the people in Chaman won't be that immoral to earn their money form alcohol if that is what you are suggesting.
Balochistan had every chance of development but as long as it remains a part of Pakistan then it wil always remain backward and poor. Why is it that Balochistan has only just got gas? Why is it that Punjab has been getting gas for ages and at cheap rates? Why dont you start a movement aiding the common Balochi person to get a fair deal from their gas supplies. You seem very keen on supporting the Government policy of propping up a Sardar.
The government has known since day one that the Sardar's misused the money and the Balochi people got little in return. The government and the army did not give 2 hoots then but when their gas supplies are under threat then they care. Can you understand why the Balochies hate you? i do not blame the Balochies for wanting independence as they have been neglected by this great and pure government of yours for too long. The only way they will ever be successful is by getting control over their gas supplies. That is education is nt it? the Balochies have wised up to the fact that they would be much better off and wealtheir to without Pakistan.
Why did nt the government care about building hospitals, schools and other basic amenities before? What has changed now?
Pakistan does not give 2 hoots about turning Balochistan into a tourist destination. Thats a joke. it has failed even to turn important areas within punjab, into a tourist destination.
I think you really need to visit the place before you make absurb statements on issues which you either have no clue about or just biased!
Re: NRPP (Non-Resident Pakistani Pushtoons) and their role in Pakistani trends
all the pakistanis who were involved in 7/7 and other terrorist activities within the UK have all been Punjabies. No Indian muslims, Pashtun muslim, or Bengali muslim has been caught.
Most of the Punjabis get indoctrinated within their own native Punjabi villages. so when anitobl writes that pashtuns have been involved in terror activities abroad, he is very wrong. all those who have been arrested are either punjabi origin, mirpuri and 1/2 from karachi. if any of the british citizens watched the road to guantanmo bay programme about te british pakistani muslims who went to afghanistana nd got cuaght up there wouldhave realised that they wer enot pashtun but punjabi too.
so its not the pushtun community spreading hate abroad and ic any its not the punjabi community too. the problem is when these british born punjabies go tot heir native villages and meet dodgy people within their own home areas.
now thats an eye opener for you anitobl. maybe you should back up your statements with soem fact.

so what if Bharatis have done a great deal wrong in Kashmir? it is THEIR land. what is your problem there? and it was these very mullahs and terrorisst that you despise that have entered Bharati held Kashmir and fought with valour. at leats they tried to do soemthing for pakistan and kashmir. 5 years ago people liek you would have supported them but now you call them terrorists because your AMERICAN MASTERS have ordered you to do so.
Should nt you be worried about the wrongs that have been commited in wazrisitan, balochistan, and karachi - the innocent people who got killed for no reason.
India is way ahead of Pakistan. George Bush's visit to South asia recently showed what India is in this world and what Pakistan is. Its a damn shame that peopel liek you dont realise that istead of sucking up to your American Masters who have never even done an ounc eof good for Pakistan before.
Re: NRPP (Non-Resident Pakistani Pushtoons) and their role in Pakistani trends
Kook, the greatest problem in Pakistan is Punjab and its bureaucracy-parasitic, exploitative, anti-democracy, tunnel-visioned, tyranical to helpless minorities and Pakistani citizens but survile and submissive to external pressure (this attitude is typical of people who are psychologically not strong), and insincere.
The attitude which compromised the integrity of Pakistan in 1971 will lead to the same situation again if we could not mould ourselves.
Re: NRPP (Non-Resident Pakistani Pushtoons) and their role in Pakistani trends
Oh Babbo, don't just focus on White tourists. We have hundreds of thousands if not millions of Brown tourists from within the country. People drive their cars, ride buses, planes, and trains to visit almost every nook and crany of Pakistan. The two main areas that remain off limits are FATA huwa LAFAFAH called F.A.T.A, and Balochistani countryside with land mines spread around by so called "nationalists".
