^ There are cases which Switzerland may not 'waive' but I am sure there are cases which they can. Besides Bibi won't starve if Swiss (only) freeze the accounts, there are tonnes of other accounts around the globe, tonnes of money within Pakistan which will be made available to her pretty soon.
