I am saying Musharaf was given a right to change teh constitution itself for three whole years by CJ Iftikhar and others in 1999 - and thats a big crime! It imposed martial on the country for 8 long years.. now only politicians are asked for their past crimes and not judiaciary as they have been cleaned for no reason...
What part you didn't get... It is already said above that (Not by me though) This was backed by the Parliament where PPP was also present...
