The why not strike down 17th amendment bu CJ as it seems it is against the constitution? If they can do so for NRO then why not 17th amendment.
In ur argument the only crime Musharaf made was in Nov 2007? CJ Iftikhar who was justice at that time allowed Musharaf to make changes to constitution as he may wished for.. tkk PCO twice but now has disallowed PCO by Dogar in judgement of July 2009. How can he or other judges have double standards..
