Captain jee why are you firing everyone? We should not fire people just because they won’t be around in 4 years time! This temptation to make wholesale changes after a world cup should stop
Let’s be a bit realistic
Umar Akmal is the future. Agreed he has some attitude/disciplinary problems but those can be addressed with good leadership from the top. He is only 21. It is another matter that we have a jacka** as PCB head. Kamran Akmal sure needs to go as w/k and should only play if he can justify his place in the team as a batsman
Saeed Ajmal can play for another couple of years. He is 33 and in good form
We do not need Younus in ODIs. He should continue to play test cricket however because it suits his style of batting. Misbah should stay for another year or so because he is atleast scoring runs with the bat
Afridi won’t be around as a player in 2015. As a bowler he can surely play for another 1-2 years in ODI. His batting is already in decline
Abdul Razzaq is 31. We just did not utilize him properly as a batsman in the world cup. He should have batted at no.6 with Umar Akmal moving up the order to #5 . Drop Younus Khan
