So what? Sexual intercourse takes two CONSENTING adults. Both are guilty of doing the act...the girl would have to ask forgiveness for luring in the guy, that's all.

my intention was not that a single person is at fault, because ofcourse,
it takes two to tango. I simply relayed that quote to my previous line
that the person should be ashamed of taking adv. of a restless girl.
In these instances, both are at fault, and both shall seek refuge and forgiveness. I do not know what it takes for true mercy, but the main item is that we all must attempt w. pure hearts and a focused mind.

Gr8 that friend maybe me but luckly or unluckly it is not me it is my friend and i think he will not do that Nikah thing or any thing like that he will try (try) to pray and think that every thing is going to be ok hahhahah lol. but i know thats not the right thing to do. but i think he don't have any choice.

If u have pre-marital sex in Islam, U R ENCOURAGED TO DO NIKAH - ASAP. (Unless u already have 4 wives, in which case u’ve got to get rid of one to get another one on board).

Whether u both do nikah or not, u both r still fornicators. That sin REMAINS. Fornicators/adulterers can only marry each other, other people are NOT encouraged to marry them. If Allah wants to forgive anyone, He will…whenever. We can’t know that 4 sure until Akhirat.

If the girl IS PREGNANT - NO u she CANNOT be flogged until her child has been born and nursed. There are various hadith on this, check Sahih Bukhari.
First of all, a person cannot be flogged ANYWAY unless that person acknowledges his/her sin. In an open court / shariah court / or in front of a judge or wali or whathaveu.
Islam ENCOURAGES the sinner to HIDE the sin, and and go on living a normal life and try to ask for forgiveness in his/her own soul, RATHER THAN flaunt that sin publically. If u know of anyone who has committed a sin, u r encouraged to guide the person to the right path (towards repentence), and also to HIDE that person’s sin. It is said that for every sin or crime or bad deed or knowledge of personality trait of any Muslim that u hide from others (so that that person is not publically shamed and humiliated), Allah will wipe out a similar sin of your own.
