Now that Ramadan is over…lets set some goals and give eachother support to lose weight and tone up!
tried GYM 4m 2-3 years .. but can't b regular dere ....
So i made small home gym ... n start workout ...
but my goal is 2 gain weight ...
Mostely u find routines to loss weight ... hav u tried P90X ...

glad u opened this thread. First day back at the gym since ramadan was yesterday. I gotta tell you it felt good but at the same time i felt so out of shape ![]()
will i get back to my normal self in a few weeks of working out or is missing out on 4 weeks like missing out on a decade? ![]()
someone tell meeeee!! i need reassurance that my stamina will be back to where it was 4 weeks prior!!!
