Now that Ramzan is over...lets get in the gym and tone up!!

Now that Ramadan is over…lets set some goals and give eachother support to lose weight and tone up!

tried GYM 4m 2-3 years .. but can't b regular dere ....

So i made small home gym ... n start workout ...

but my goal is 2 gain weight ...

Mostely u find routines to loss weight ... hav u tried P90X ...

glad u opened this thread. First day back at the gym since ramadan was yesterday. I gotta tell you it felt good but at the same time i felt so out of shape :bummer:

will i get back to my normal self in a few weeks of working out or is missing out on 4 weeks like missing out on a decade? :frowning:

someone tell meeeee!! i need reassurance that my stamina will be back to where it was 4 weeks prior!!!
