In Pakistan, we appoint such folks as PMs and CMs.

Re: Now that Iran has Hanged a Man for committing Bank Fraud, will Pakistan follow su

Isn't execution too much for white collar crime?

Even Islam doesn't prescribe death penalty on stealing.

hmmmm… when was the last time a billionaire was convicted and sent to even a few months in a Pakistani jail? worse comes to worst, they’ll have to stay a few years in UAE, Saudi, Canada, UK, etc.
Even the worst criminals enjoy a cool retirement.

Re: Now that Iran has Hanged a Man for committing Bank Fraud, will Pakistan follow su

No thanks.

We also had a thread asking Pakistan to follow Bangladesh and start banning political parties, lol.

Re: Now that Iran has Hanged a Man for committing Bank Fraud, will Pakistan follow su

However stealing funds from a poor people and depositing it in rich peoples foreign banks is outright Treason!

That makes the crime worse than Blasphemy!

Re: Now that Iran has Hanged a Man for committing Bank Fraud, will Pakistan follow su

Iran is a rich country and it has huge oil and gas resources. People have meaningful employment and businesses, even than if some one make illegal money, he should be charged and sent to jail rather than hanging. I don’t think Iran is generally a corrupt country. People are honest there as compared to Pakistan where 99.99999999 (repeating) are corrupt and Pakistan still is one of the most corrupt country on earth. You can not hang 160 millions to gallows including the one who pass the judgement and one who execute the judgement. This is how I look this retard and stupid comparison.

Pakistan is poor country and majority people are poor. Poverty is the main cause of corruption hence that stupid rule can not be applied here. Compare Iran with KSA. Even Hazrat Umar Bin Khitab would not have dared to punish if majority of poor population strive for two time meal and sleep hungry.

Due to such stupidity of Iranian leaders it is still black listed. Violation of human rights should be strongly condemned rather than showing such actions as heroic.

Re: Now that Iran has Hanged a Man for committing Bank Fraud, will Pakistan follow su

Let us start from a simple question:

When was last time a politician or a businessman sentenced for corruption in Pakistan?

Re: Now that Iran has Hanged a Man for committing Bank Fraud, will Pakistan follow su

Re: Now that Iran has Hanged a Man for committing Bank Fraud, will Pakistan follow su

Re: Now that Iran has Hanged a Man for committing Bank Fraud, will Pakistan follow su

It would be great if America and the EU did the same to int'l banksters, insurance companies and hedge fund managers.

Pakistan should do the same to Zordari,Mir Shakeel and the Shareef brothers.
