WEll...who said nonmuslims go to hell? No one actually knows that whos going to hell and whos not! Only Allah is the one who knows things like that!
It depends on ur Eman and inside heart..and no one really knows what is in there except for u and Allah!
It also depends on ur conditions and environment..and the case u r talking bout is totally different!
