There is no wait for sharing..but people may have saturation point for responding. SO in order to get best response space it out or wait for time of heightened emotions like mid August. More people seem to be interested in India-Pakistan topics then so that is a good time to post a thread.

When it comes toi international relations,there is no specified period.It all happens.How have you come to the conclusion of this Mid August thingie?
