Duct tape is a fairly common thing used in the airline industry
they use it to fix engine parts and other critical instruments that break down, during a flight and there is no service technician nearby.

They have to fix these parts inflight till the plane lands at an airport :)

Duct tape is a common household product.

Its shiny Grey colored and is used for stronger tape support. Its sticking ability is less than its ability to support.

In movies it is commonly shown to be placed on people's mouth to stop them from screaming (even a small piece can stop a strong man from screaming...........lol) or hold anything attached to a surface.

I know what's a duct tape yaaro...i was just wondering its usage at the critical time in flight...and well, now i know. I guess!
