I am not sure what it means when a moderator has indian flag as avatar?

Guys, please don't argue.

Regarding the avatar, please contact the moderator directly to inquire for the specific reason. The avatar is within bounds of what GS allows, hence it is there.

But not going to ask. Perhaps I needed to know what was within 'bounds of GS'. Somehow it needs amendment.
